I really like that, a nice chop of meat, roasted in the pan with tons of roasted onions, best fresh from the garden. What a bummer! All the delicious garden onions from my Mother are eaten - never mind. But we just had the last one - oh yeah, they were big :) - grilled with a nice cutlet, tiny french potatoes and a "love apple" salad. Our dog Bubble was very happy chomping along the bone. And I was thinking where exactly are the Koteletts (that is German for cutlets - I know, I know it is not 100% right because that would be the one without the bone but it looks quite right; see cutlet/ Kotelett, doesn't it) placed on a piggy. So, then, what do you think which part are the chops of? I know it and will tell it later. See ya!
